📍Topanga Days Festival 🎡
About: Happening annually on Memorial Day weekend, Topanga Days is a 3-day music festival with artisans, food, beverages, a fun zone for kids and family games that raises funds for the Topanga Community Center, a 501c3 nonprofit.
Date: 5/25- 5/27 10am-7pm *Tickets required (Ages 5 and under are free)
📍Art Lab @ Hammer Museum 🎨
About: Whether you are looking for a kid-friendly project or for something artful to do after spending time in the galleries, drop by Art Lab for hands-on creative activities inspired by artworks on view at the museum. This program is for anyone—at any age or skill level—who wants to experiment with art making. Facilitated by Hammer educators for visitors of all ages. Children must be accompanied by guardians at all times.

📍Disney’s The Lion King 30th Anniversary: A Live-to-Film Concert Event @ Hollywood Bowl 🦁
About: Disney celebrates the 30th Anniversary of the animated “The Lion King” with an immersive live-to-film concert event featuring the original 1994 film roaring from the Bowl screens, live orchestra, fireworks, showstopping vocal performances of award-winning songs from the film, special celebrity guests, including cast members from both the classic 1994 animated and 2019 films: Billy Eichner, Bradley Gibson, Ernie Sabella, Heather Headley, Jason Weaver, Jeremy Irons, Lebo M. Nathan Lane, plus special guests North West and Jennifer Hudson! And for the first time ever at the Hollywood Bowl, select performances from the Tony Award®-winning Broadway musical!

📍Sun Print: Family Workshop @ Getty Center ☀️
About: Harness the power of the sun to make one-of-a-kind photographic prints called cyanotypes by arranging flowers, leaves, and stencils on light-sensitive material. No cameras required to make these fun, family-friendly keepsakes! This workshop complements the exhibitions Hippolyte Bayard: A Persistent Pioneer and Nineteenth-Century Photography Now. This is a free, drop-in program.

📍Chess Sundays @ Santa Monica Promenade ♟️
About: Chess players of all ages and levels are invited for weekly casual play on the 1200 Block of Third Street Promenade! Every Sunday from 11am-3pm, play a game with a friend or meet a (check) mate. Some chess sets (including a few giant ones) will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own! Chess Sundays are FREE and open to all, no sign-ups or advance registration required.
